- Using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Attempting to hack our systems in any way, for any purpose.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Entering another player’s account without their permission, for any reason.
If you discover an exploit or outside tool, please let us know at webkinzsupport@ganz.com right away.
We do not like closing accounts but we must protect our game and make it fair for all players. Please protect all of the hard work you have put into your Webkinz account and do not use exploits or cheats.

How do you tell the difference between someone “entering another player’s account without their permission”, and several siblings who all have an account?
Webkinz World accounts are not transferable. There can only be one owner of a Webkinz World account.
I was just playing Polar Plunge and I jumped and then I couldn’t see anything except the top half of the screen. I did not do this on purpose and I don’t know if it is cheating or not! I don’t want my account terminated! I hope you understand Ganz! I don’t want to lose my pets!

I hate those websites that say “Free Webkinz codes generator”. If people use them it’s not fair to the players who paid for their pets. I hope those websites will realize it’s wrong and stop >:(

When I was younger my cousin accidentally typed a code in wrong and got the wrong pet. I think it was a cow that he had gotten for a birthday and the pet that the other code was for was a pink pony or something (this was like 2006) My aunt contacted Ganz and I don’t think they had the ability to remove the pet from his account or it atleast wasn’t worth their time so he got to keep both it and the Webkinz he bought, but because he was honest about it they didn’t ban him either. Not sure about the pink pony owner though, I’m sure Ganz worked it out.

Yeah. They probably don’t even work and they tell you to put in your password. They tell you it’s fine but it’s not. They will probably take your account instead of giving you a “code”
There are a lot of sites my friends used to use then stopped when they realized it was wrong. I hope they get reported and stop! :)

Ugh. I found a bug in the game Dogbeard’s Gold that caused kinzcash to be awarded over and over, and now I can’t access my account. If only this were stated in the user agreement so that I would have known before getting my nine year old account which I have spent thousands on deleted…

Mine I just discovered was a charm forest thing Magic mire… The clock won’t reset and I essentially have unlimited turns Right now. I Played it a bunch of extra times thinking I had simply won extra turns somehow but then realized it was some sort of glitch. I contacted Ganz to report the glitch so I assume nothing will come of it since I didn’t do anything to purposefully make it happen or exploit it to an outrageous degree or anything. But be forewarned Most games will ban you for purposefully cheating. They being a kids site should send you a warning that what you were doing was cheating first, as children might not realize exploiting a glitch is cheating. Try sending them an email asking if you are permanently or only temporary banned. I don’t think they usually delete the accounts just ban them.
