As many Webkinz players know, if you don’t log into your Webkinz.com for a year, your account becomes “archived”. Normally, if a player wants access to an archived account, we’re able to restore it within 24 hours.
Due to Webkinz X, however, we are temporarily unable to restore archived accounts. We currently do not have an estimate as to when this functionality will return, but we are actively working on a solution.
In the meantime, if you’re a returning player who wants to check out Webkinz X, we encourage you to sign up for a Free account by registering at www.webkinz.com. We’ll post another update when we’re able to restore accounts again.

I dont like ,wait, HATE webkinz x.Why? becuse some times my pets ask me for stuff and I dont want to buy it. Why dose it say lets do some retail therpy?I am running out of money i cant graden at all. if you want us to have fun ,are pets forceing us to do stuff is not fun!I dont like the new look.I love the old one better.I adopt a pet and it did not come with a room!UNFAIR!!! I think we dont have freedom to do what we want!

I had an old Webkinz account. But I quit because Webkinz wasn’t working right, and I think now it’s archived.. I was thinking about clicking on “Forget Log In?” Button and trying to log back in… I prob would never do it, though. I wanted to see if I used upper case letter for the beginning on my pets names… My account that I use now is still on, though. Some pets on my old account: Polly (Robbin on lil Robbin.. I think lil) Stripes (I think she was on there… She is a Striped Alley Cat) I only remember the password to the account.
Okay Ganz, sorry if this is annoying but I noticed a bunch of really weird glitches. Some flying pets are in a really weird standing position (instead of standing up), In Polar Plunge, Inukshuk is sledding in mid-air but, sometimes on the ground, making the game oddly difficult, the Sea Captain Trousers and Sailor Pants have swapped what they look like, the Orange Army Shirt appears in your dock as the lamp from the Lily Pad Theme,(those last two glitches appeared like that in the past on mobile, in the Wshop, and in the Adventure Park), the pets’ birthdays are now shown as the day you adopted the pet, The terrific teal hat appears with an incorrect color scheme on your pet, Several estore items do not function properly, and pets can not sit in the Snowflake Pup’s PSI.
Hi Ganz! I LOVE Webkinz X! But i’m having some issues. Whenever I go to “The Clubhouse” in “Kinz Chat Plus” I can’t “Chat” I try and click on it and nothing happens. I ask if you could plz fix this. also in “The Clubhouse” whenever I trade I can’t bring anything up. it always says “This item can’t be traded” Again I ask if you could plz fix this! and one more thing, I can’t change my pets clothing. I ak if you can plz fix this. Thank You! PS. LOVE Webkinz X!
I’m so glad that I don’t have an Archived Account!! This is so terrible for people with Archived Accounts. But I know Webkinz will sort it all out. Hopefully soon.
Oh, wow! I guess I totally lucked out on when I came back, then, since I returned from a several years’ hiatus less than a week before Webkinz X was released! I’d have been devastated if my account couldn’t be accessed!<3
