As many Webkinz players know, if you don’t log into your Webkinz.com for a year, your account becomes “archived”. Normally, if a player wants access to an archived account, we’re able to restore it within 24 hours.
Due to Webkinz X, however, we are temporarily unable to restore archived accounts. We currently do not have an estimate as to when this functionality will return, but we are actively working on a solution.
In the meantime, if you’re a returning player who wants to check out Webkinz X, we encourage you to sign up for a Free account by registering at www.webkinz.com. We’ll post another update when we’re able to restore accounts again.

Dude please fix this issue, i have made a new account and bought some new pets. but i still have 7 of my old codes from like 20000000000 years ago. i would like to put them on here.
Has this been corrected yet? I want to log into my old account to show my niece to see whether or not she wants to start webkinz. My account is probably about 6 or 7 years old possibly older. I do not remember the log in information, but I know the email used to create it but no longer have access to it.

my book nook sofa is STILL not working i put it in my room and this big blue blotch appears and my pet sits in the middle of no where.

I am frustrated because I still don’t have all my things in my room yet. I would like to make up some new rooms but will not until things are fixed. I don’t like the new Webkinz X, and even though I am on daily, I do not do all the things I used to. The program is very very slow and it keeps sticking so I have to login and logout all the time. Even playing games is slow. I hope when you update on July 29 you will fix all these issues.
Does anyone know if the gardening will go back to the way it was? I miss the way it was rather than just harvesting and no other actions.

I was wondering why I keep getting logged out in middle of playing???? I can access all my accounts, but as soon as I am in middle of a game, it throws me out. If I am trying to moves things from dock to room,boom out I go again! the longest I have stayed in since webkinzx release is about 5 mins. this is frustrating. YES I updated flash, YES I cleared the cache.. I have a BRAND NEW computer bought ONLY to play webkinz on so it is not all clogged up with anything, brand new lap top too, same thing! I don’t play all kinds of other games just webkinz, I have multiple accounts and have spent a great deal of money on pets .. can you tell me WHY I keep getting thrown out? it this something that will stop when all is fixed?? because as it sitsright now I didn’t bother to get Deluxe on my accounts since I can’t play with it anyway… and no way will I spend another penny till I can. I’m not well and this is my one outlet that I enjoy when I can’t sleep, now It is just frustrating.. any chance you can figure out why the constant loggin out? and I know it’s not just me, my sisters and my mother and nieces are all having the same issues.. and yes I still have a lot of things not showing but I trusted that that will be fixed in time I do understand it takes time to reprogram stuff. but I would like to be able to play a few games without getting thrown out at least.!!!
Wow I never knew you could do that! My brother and I each made an account on December 14, 2006 (a day after our birthday), and I still have mine… but he has not logged on for years now and it has probably been archived. Once the bugs have been worked out I’ll be sure to try retrieving the old account!
