How does this site appeal to small children?
The Webkinz web site has been designed for users aged 6-13+ and is intended to include content for all ages and levels of computer skill within that range. We have designed our site to reach the widest possible audience within that range. We understand that some of our games and jobs may be difficult for younger users, but our research and experience has shown that our younger audience can quite enjoy the site with the support of an adult.
That said, we have designed some of our games and jobs for younger children. Both the Fence Painting and Shoe Store Clerk (both memory games) have proven fun and achievable by younger users. In the Arcade, we recommend Wacky Zingoz and Tulip Trouble 2.
Younger users can also enjoy other methods of making money, including the Wheel of WOW, Wishing Well and the Care Award, and best of all, the 5-6 year old questions in Quizzy’s Question Corner – over 1000 age appropriate, curriculum-based questions that make KinzCash faster than any of the games.

Is KinzChat Safe?
We at Webkinz World understand your concerns. In our KinzChat area, the chat is entirely constructed. There is no way for users to type what they want, exchange any personal information, ask or say anything inappropriate. We control everything the users are able to say. In the KinzChat PLUS area, players can type what they want, but restricted words and phrases will not be displayed to the other players. We try to exclude proper names and numbers to avoid the disclosure of personal information. If you do not want your child to chat in the less restricted KinzChat PLUS area, don’t consent to their access to this area. If they already have access to KinzChat PLUS,you can block their access in the Parent’s Area using your Parent’s Account.
What are some tips on managing my child’s time in Webkinz World?
Webkinz World is a wonderful place to play. It is a friendly and imaginative environment for children to enjoy. Because Webkinz World is so much fun, it can be difficult to limit your child’s time on the computer.
Here are some tips about how to limit your child’s time in Webkinz World:
- Use Webkinz World as a reward. Your child will be able to play in Webkinz World AFTER he or she has finished their homework, done their chores, etc.
- Decide what you believe is an appropriate amount of time for your child to be on the computer and discuss it with your child ahead of time. Set a timer, if need be. When the timer goes off, so does the computer.
- Encourage offline play with the Webkinz plush toy; encourage your child to draw pictures of the rooms they’d like to design, make pictures of their Webkinz pets (scrapbooks are lots of fun), and have parties for the Webkinz pets. Invite some friends over in the real world and celebrate all things Webkinz!
I want to recover my child’s password but I can’t remember the email that we used for his account. Why can’t I use the secret codes anymore? (I still have every secret code of each pet we bought)

Why doesn’t my response show?
I cannot see my post from yesterday unless I post another response. Why is that? I am responding from my nieces account
Whenever I post a response with a question about a problem my daughter is having (I had one here yesterday) I see it on the response board, the next day it has disappeared! It wasn’t anything bad just aquestion about cancelling my niece’s webkinznwez acct because she gets all the prizes even though my daughter s logged in and my niece doesn’t use that acct any more. Why does that happen and how can I cancel the webkinz newz acct?

I need help cancelling a webkinznewz account. Everything goes into my nieces account which was opened on this computer within the last year or so. My daughter’s account has been opened for years because her webkinznewz account and webkinz account were handed down to her from her older sister when she outgrew them. Every floating proze my daughter earns goes into her cousin’s account which never bother my daughter because if it was something she really wanted, my niece would send it by kinzpost. But now that she is playing Days of Play, these prizes go into her cousins account and cannot be sent by kinzpost (my daughter says they must be untradeable?). IWe all sat at the computer and tried to cancel my niece’s webkinznewz account on that site and apparently that is not possible. I read through every FAQ I could find with no answer to how to cancel a webkinznewz acct. I have my niece unhappy because she doesn’t want my daughter mad at her, my daughter assures her it is not her fault; I have my daughter unhappy because she cannot get the prizes she earns. Can someone tell me how we can cancel this account?
Hi, there! If you logout of the GanzWorld account before redeeming your prize, it will not automatically award to a saved Webkinz World account. You can then use your daugher’s Webkinz World login to redeem the prizes. Once you’re logged out, you can also create a new GanzWorld account just for your daughter. You don’t need a GanzWorld account to win prizes from Webkinz Newz — only to gather Moneyz to redeem GanzWorld Rewards. Hope that helps!
I am talking about floating prizes on webkinznewz and now Days of Play. All of this prizes automatically go into my nieces account (the one I am currently responding with even the my daughter is logged into her account on webkinznewz. My niece has to be logged out when my daughter goes on webkinznewz because they both use this computer. It wasn’t a big deal because if it was a floating prize my daughter really wanted, my niece would just send it to her through kinzpost in webkinz world. BUT now in Days of Play my daughter has earned the Water Balloon Cannon and the Peace park Bridge and kinzpost will not allow her to send them to my daughter. My niece just wants to cancel her webkinznewz account because she doesn’t go on the site any more and she doesn’t want my daughter to not get the prizes she has earned. So how can we cancel my nieces webkinznewz account?
I have plenty of cash but whenever I try to buy food for my pet it says I have to be a deluxe member. How do I feed my pets?

My child only has regular access to her tablet. It is hard to give her time on the computer as it is her dad’s computer. When will she be able to do all games, activities, etc via tablet?
