When an item is retired, that means it is no longer available unless you can find another player willing to trade it.
Some of the oldest retired items were originally supposed to be “toys” but looked more like clothing, like the Baseball Hat, Figure Skates, Hockey Skates and the Toy Tool Belt. These items could be placed in a room, but weren’t at all interactive. Once pet clothing was added to the world, these “toys” were retired to prevent any confusion.
One of the first clothing items to be retired were the WZ Jeans, which were given out for a special promotion back in 2006.
Now they have earned the distinction of being part of the ultimate Webkinz collector items!
*mouth drops open in astonishment*

wow… love to have these item. I like it when Webkinz listed these retired items. Yeah, I started Webkinz late and love to see what else was retired on the listing. I tried trading and yep, I am very slow. I not deluxe so… not the kind of stuff people want. :)

And to think some members didn’t know how rare these are and just sold them into oblivion.
They left out four other rare clothing items: Plumpy’s glasses, the elf hat, the elf shoes, and witch hat (all of which I have). I wouldn’t trade any of them . . . probably. If I saw someone in the clubhouse with one of the rare items on this page, it’d totally stress me out ’cause I’d have a hard time deciding whether or not to trade one of my things for it!
Those are much more valuable than that items you listed so maybe you should consider. ;)
