I agree that W shop items should not be on the wheels. Very disappointing! Getting more new and retired items, and more pet medallions would really be nice!
Sally Webkinz, if the Wheels don’t typically have new items on them, why can’t you put items from past years that don’t typically show up as prizes or in the Curio Shop? It’s absolutely no fun spinning the Wheels when the prizes are already in the WShop, or they have shown up in the Curio Shop, or as recent prizes in various games. Go back and find some older fun prizes that the greater majority of Webkinz Players have never seen, much less had the chance to get. Put items from older and retired room themes on the Wheels, or use them as prizes. I love how recently you had a couple of the Ancient Egyptian Room Theme as prizes. That was truly awesome! Why can’t you do that? I’m tired of seeing the same WShop/Curio Shop items, over and over again on the Wheels and in the Curio Shop. Nothing is ever REALLY retired! Bring those items back! Or…..create a NEW WHEEL, using only retired items! That would truly be the most awesome thing Webkinz could do for us Webkinz Players!
Prizes on the wheels are often prizes from old activities, including retired items. The original Wheel of WOW had ONLY W Shop items, so I think this is a bit better, eh?
Indeed Sally! If the wheels contain items I have to much of I take advantage of selling and increasing my KC. I’ved been a member since 2007 and am grateful that the Ganz Webkinz team came up with an app that allows us to still continue playing Webkinz at all. And even during Covid-19 you have all blessed us many times over…

I hope I get a couple of the green apple clocks! One would be perfect for my mock Daisy’s Diner since it looks like the red clock she has!
You can get one of the red versions with the Dr. Monkey figurine code!
If you send a friend request to Dr. Quack and send him a kinzpost letter every day, sometimes he will send you the red Apple clock as a gift, among other items. All the host friends have gifts to send back if you mail them a letter. Sometimes you just get a letter in return, but it’s such a nice surprise when I get a gift from them. :-)
PLEASE stop putting Wshop items on the wheels! It’s so disappointing to get something that I could just buy for kinzcash and there’s so many on the wheels this time around.
cutiepie0225 You’re right about items we can easily spend on, we got to just keep spinning the wheels and hope that we land on what makes us happy. Like Sally said, wheels don’t frequently change with new items daily, just items we can spend on in the W-shop. Hope you get that Tigerlily Pup Medallion. Good Luck!
I’m with you cutiepie0225, it IS disappointing for Wshop items to be on the wheels, but- there’s a ton of other exciting stuff coming up so that does sort of make up for it. Sometimes it’s nice to not feel pressured to do everything. I’ll concentrate more on the fabulous collection prizes and Fall Fest which looks amazing so far!!!
I totally agree with you. Only last month with the chairs and card table theme, plus the windows of the word wallpaper is why I spun–I’ll be skipping September’s wheels.
OMG!!! I have been wanting one of those frog air boats forever. I thought I used to have one but I can’t find it in any room. I thought I had that whole theme but realized I was missing some the last time they had frog theme give-aways. I am not deluxe but if anyone ends up with extras please keep me in mind.

The ones I want to land on are the Tigerlily Medallion, Apple Satchel and Academy Laptop.
Too bad there are no new prizes this month :( I always look forward to spinning the wheels but I already have all of these old prizes or I bought them already from the w shop. Guess I won’t be spinning any wheels this month :(
These wheels don’t typically have new items on them. New items are introduced through other activities.
But they could do older stuff we haven’t seen in a while. I really liked the card table and chairs, but the froggy theme? It’s right there, and going by Grown Up Webkinz on FB, most people have hundreds of thousands of kinzcash and could buy it
Not all players have thousands of KinzCash. You can always sell items you don’t want, or skip months that have prizes you don’t like at all.

Off topic – I didn’t get the WKN Academy box although it indicated that I did in WKN. There was no message in my Message Center about getting one nor did it appear under my Special Items. I realize I’m out of luck for today (because WKN thinks I’ve been awarded one) but hoping that it gets fixed for others who sign in later in the day! BTW there are several new prizes that I hope I win!
I hope that I can land on the apple belt a few times. Wish I could get the P.E. shoes. Pittiesrule
