I just wanted to post here again to say thank you for fixing the disappearing dock issue. :) Everything seems to be working much better today and I’m happy to be able to play in WW.
I really love the Joy Dress, but it fits oddly on all my pets, at some angles Their back is seen through the dress and at another the strap is like floating off and it looks really weird.
I keep getting cash or food on the wheels most of the time. :(

Thank you for your replies. Yes sometimes if I close the browser and reload numerous times I can get things to work … but not always. And I keep getting logged out of the mobile app on my ipad too. I don’t know what the issue is but I guess I’m not alone. Thanks again for responding. :) I hope they can sort this out soon.
Oooh, I want the lamp…a few of them I hope. Of course the fizz is great for that fridge chance and I would love to get some egg chairs. I think I have most of the others but all are great! Fun prizes on the wheel this month, thanks so much!

I don’t really know where to post this…..My dock won’t load if I leave the pet’s room so I am unable to do any activities. Is anyone else having this issue? I have tried both Chrome and Firefox, updated and cache cleared, with the same result. It is very frustrating. :( Any help would be appreciated. I have emailed support but received no reply.

Strange…but I’m afraid I can’t help since I’m on a Mac. I use Safari for Webkinz and it works fine.
I occasionally have this issue too. I would recommend logging off, reloading the webkinz page, and then logging back in.
i’ve been having that problem too
I’ve had the same problem in the past, especially in the arcade. my only solution is to A: x-out of Webkinz (not log out) or B: try using certain items, like games that go straight to their arcade versions, (ex: the new spree board game) to bypass the today’s activities menu, sometimes it helps. good luck!
opps! for the first suggestion, I meant to add that logging back in after closing the page helps
I was having that problem on chrome about half the time for the past few days. It’s working a lot better on Firefox for me. I also reinstalled flash with the latest version.
