Take a look at the NEW Zingoz Pop! We’ve updated the game in the arcade to work even better than before.
In addition to winning the Gold Zingoz Pop Trophy for completing all 30 levels, you’ll now also be able to win a BONUS Silver Zingoz Pop Trophy when you play. This trophy was originally created when Zingoz Pop was first released, but wasn’t awarded due to a glitch in the game.
How do you win it? You’ll need to drop a total of 40 colored balls on a single level. You can see your progress by watching the BONUS meter fill up on the left side of the screen. “Dropped” colored balls are any that fall down after an initial group is popped. Like the Gold Zingoz Pop Trophy, the silver trophy can be won multiple times, but only once per game.
Zingoz Pop is now available in the Arcade on both Webkinz.com and the Webkinz Desktop app for Deluxe Members. If you are not a Deluxe Member, you will soon be able to either unlock the game for a small fee on the Webkinz mobile app, or purchase it as a standalone app in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Keep watching Webkinz Newz for the announcement once Zingoz Pop is approved and released in all of our current mobile platforms.

The new game doesn’t seem to be connecting properly to the quests in Adventure Park. I’m trying to complete Sally Cat’s Mini Quest which requires a score of 600 points. I’ve more than exceeded the score five times now, but it doesn’t register on the quest so I’m kind of frozen out of playing any more quests. Could you please fix this? Thanks!

I’m sure what happened is that Ganz neglected to update the programming of that particular quest when they introduced the new Zingoz Pop game. You could try sending them an Email at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and explain your problem – Best Wishes
I love the old version better, sad to see it gone from the arcade, but I love how the trophy’s work now! And Radish if ya see this go to the turtles again hehe, sorry for so many comments, if its to much for you to keep going back, just lmk, and that’ll be the last one ;)

Has anyone gotten the silver trophy? I cleared 40 of the balls on a level but nothing appeared.
This morning while I was using the mobile app, a pet requested to play a game called Grand Grotto at the arcade – yes, I had my readers on – LOL. Has anyone else gotten this? Is it a mistake or something new coming?

this is great and all, but please fix parties & having the invite friend to house & the academy (strength class) glitches & problems FIRST before updating each and every game which doesn’t even need a change!! please!

I absolutely agree — better yet, why not fix the animation on all the broken eStore wallpapers and items that have been out of commission since Webkinz X? Nope: instead, they chose to “update” something that didn’t need messed with in the first place. I hate to complain, but this sort of thing is getting ridiculous.
Forgot to mention the one positive note: thank goodness they left the original in the Arcade…
Not the arcade — meant Tournament Arena.
ALL the attempts I’ve made to play this “better” version (of what was previously one of my favourite games) have all resulted in the game being glitchy, hesitant (staccato-like) and super-slow. Sure, it LOOKS prettier, but “better”? Definitely NOT, at least not for me. And since I avoid the Tournament Arena at all costs, that’s out for me, as well. It seems to me that you keep chipping away at all the things that make Deluxe Membership worthwhile (for me).
Yep, it’s very glitchy/laggy now. Definitely not “better” in my opinion either. I found it to be almost unplayable.
Oh, I also meant to say that I’m not sure why you avoid the tournament arena, but as long as you don’t choose the two player option, the games are no different than in the arcade, besides the fact that you can only play twice and then you have to wait for the “tournament” to end. But I rarely look at the results anyway, so having the old game available in the tournament arena is actually a good thing I think.
