Games at the Fair?

Salley Cat reporting in on our plans for the Fall Fair. So, things didn’t really work out the way Stoogles and I imagined they would. Maybe we didn’t have quite the budget we thought we did. But we did end up getting some of the stuff we wanted for the Fall Fair. The only thing is that now I think we need some other activities as well. Stoogles and I thought maybe we could make up some games for the ‘Kinz to play too.

So now we have to think up some games. I had hoped to have a Dunk Tank but that wasn’t in our budget. I’m sure we can make some games without spending too much money. The only problem is, if we have games, then we’re going to have to have prizes. We don’t have any money left over. I wonder how we’re going to be able to afford prizes too?

Hmm, looks like I’m going to have to confer with my council on this one.  Maybe Purr-cilla has an idea. She’s been so hard on all of MY ideas – let’s see if she can figure this one out.

Good luck, Salley. It would be nice if you, Stoogles and Purr-cilla could work together. Sometimes you do not listen to her, sometimes she does not listen to you. The goal is to find balance: to listen to each other and look for ways to work together.

Apple bobbing would be a fun game! It’s cheap, fun, and gets lots of laughs. For prizes, your parents could help by buying candy corn to put in small bags and tie off with a pretty ribbon.

Our last dunk tank just had a bucket over the victim that we dumped when the kids hit the target. Oh, and we got the teachers to volunteer to be dunked, tee hee.
