Pearl757, I went back and found when my Top Gun room was featured. If you go to the latest room designs post and click the link to take you to previous posts, mine is on page 12. It was posted on July 17, 2022. I can’t believe it’s been over 2 years since Maverick came out! I made the room shortly after. I enjoy creating rooms based on my favorite movies. I have also had my Dirty Dancing and The Breakfast Club rooms featured. :)

FluffyKinz23, thanks for looking that up for me :) Loved the title “Danger Zone” and the way you split the room with four different scenes/elements of the movie ~ that was so unexpected and clever! Great job! I felt like I was transported into the story as I looked at each section. Hopefully I can find your other two rooms as well. Thanks for the creative inspiration :D

Thank you for your kind words Pearl757! I like to add in details like matching the outfits as best as I can to the movie, etc. I have the dates the others were posted. The Breakfast Club was May 22, 2022. And the Dirty Dancing room was January 29, 2022. I submitted it with the name “Kellerman’s Mountain House” but they left off “Kellerman’s”. That is my all time favorite movie!! :)

Aww, balletbear, I had forgotten about the dress but do remember now! And the timing sounds about right, it was the January 2013 clothing item. It is so gorgeous and I’m so glad you have enjoyed it so much! I was sorry to have drifted away from the forums causing me to lose touch with friends such as yourself. You mentioned once about your birthday, and I told you it was the same date as my grandmother’s. Each year on that date as I remember her, I have often remembered you as well and would hope that you were doing well. It was such a wonderful surprise when you popped in to let everyone know that you were returning for the summer. I most definitely have! :) I absolutely love the animation it has! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the solar flare dress and shoes were also animated – it’s been my pet’s favorite outfit this weekend :) I saw your comment above about the blue winged window and sent one your way! If you need any more items from that theme, I’d be happy to check for them or anything at all you’re looking for :) And that makes me so happy to know that you’ve remembered me all these years! Pearl757, thank you so much for being such a great friend. I have been so busy updating my rooms with the many wonderful items that you’ve sent to me. It was so lovely to see the Mistletoe Mantel when I opened my kinzpost this morning and it looks even better than I imagined hanging on the wall!! I will think of you every time I see it! Your kindness means more than I can put into words. The Mistletoe Mantel Fireplace was also a great surprise as I didn’t know it existed before you! It is a beautiful addition to my Merry Mistletoe Bunny’s room! I’ll always think of you along with Alphacat and Roxy when I go into the rooms I have created with help from you all. Maybe one day they will be shared on the room design posts so you all can see them. I wish I could send something to thank you, although there’s nothing that could match up to your generosity!! FluffyKinz23, so happy to hear about your rooms :) I would love to see them if they get shared in the room design posts! I have a Mistletoe Mantel in one of my rooms but forgot that was what it’s called. (So I thought you forgot to type fireplace in your list lol). I agree, it does look beautiful hanging on the wall :D The Mistletoe Mantle Fireplace was the Deluxe Day prize in December 2015. Glad you were able to incorporate both! Speaking of the room design posts, your mom mentioned you had done a Top Gun themed room that was shared. I would love to see it.
