    These forums are not as organized as I would like. With this said, I am adding my general comment. Since the update on caring for your pet, I have noticed many glitches with items in the rooms. For example, I added my moon chair to my new pet’s room, but it is showing as “over sized” and outside of the appropriate field of the screen. When I attempt to remove and re-add it, it is still the same. Now, my new family prize, the stained glass solarium wallpaper is stuck wrapped around one of my outside rooms. I hope this can be fixed, and I do not know any other place to make my concern known. Finally, I will really like to see options added for selling rooms, or moving them to create a better house. I have many rooms, most of which I do not have pets for yet, but I am a happy pet owner of 18 Webkinz now. In addition, I have introduced my grandson to the wonderful world of Webkinz and my best friend who has recently become a Deluxe Member. I am not sure I will be upgrading my account to a Deluxe account anytime again in the near future. (Unless these problems get resolved, and caring for the pets is not so detailed. After all, with only 18 pets, there is no way I can fill each and every one of their hearts in the day. The most I have been able to do=4. LETS GET THIS SERVICE WORKING BETTER, SO WE CAN ENJOY OUR ACCOUNTS AGAIN!

    Hello rblevins98! I agree with your idea. Webkinz made it so we could customize the names for our rooms, and change the wallpaper and flooring, but no option for upgrading the rooms or moving them to create the ultimate home. Another thing I will like to add to this will include the option to customize “My Page” again. I have not been able to update my information, using the icons. I am only able to view a brown box with “Fragile” on the side, instead of the icon that I want to display. This is really sad, especially since I am a Deluxe Member! (If I pay for this online service, I should be able to customize all aspects of the game, including those we have access too).

    Kae…Uh-oh, that is scary! I think this is sad, I pay for a Deluxe Membership, so that I can fully enjoy all the things Webkinz World has to offer! I really wanted to have all of my “12 days of Christmas Items”, but I cannot get in touch with anyone. Any suggestions?

    Kae, thank you for your response, but there has to be something that can be done about it. Does Webkinz World have a tech-support or IT team? I’m sure if we could reach someone, they could fix it. Any suggestions?

    Niberts1, I tried many ways, including logging out, never got those items :-( Oh well, maybe next year?

    I missed the wreath pop and the christmas light hat, still was unable to re-enter club house, kept saying…sorry, the clubhouse is closed at this time (or something similar).

    Can someone tell me what these are used for or what we are supposed to do with them? I know that they have a 450 kinz cash value in the W-Shop.
