How come you can no longer have the items won here sent to your webkinz account even though you are signed in?

I keep getting kicked out of my extra school class. It has happened about 8 times. I get sent to the screen to pick a class and when I do, it says I have already taken my class for the day. Plus I don’t get the credit, cause I never finished it. Has this happened to anyone else??????

i was very disappointed with the Collector Kinzcash Coins event. I went on every day and was not able to get the full set. I got 2 Goober, 2 Nibbles and 3 PJ Collie. I don’t think it is fair to run an event and not make it possible to get each coin. I also have an issue with the voting gifts collected in the park. I got 1 Dr Quack sign, 2 hats and 3 plush. I Goober hat, 1 plush and 3 signs. I got 4 Nibbles signs, 1 hat and 1 plush. I got 3 PJ collie hats, and 3 plush but was unable to get the sign???? There must be some sort of algorithm to make sure that those that log in every day be able to complete the collection!!!!! How will this be corrected?

Still having issues in Adventure world. I am in the cave and trying to dig… but it will not let me! I can’t move on to a new challenge until this is fixed!!!!!! Please help

Not sure who can help… I am having issues in Adventure Park. Have been attempting to complete the Nibbles Quick Quest 2 for a few months…. it is like it is stuck. It will not let me dig to find the rope to bring back to Boris to complete the Quest, so I can get a new one the next day?

I am trying to complete Purr-Cilla’s Party and had to buy a new top at the Kinstyle Outlet. I bought 6 different tops and it never updated it on my challenge? what do I do?

I have taken a photo but don’t know where to post it. The Employee of the Month Challenge says you have to successfully complete the Grocery clerk job 4 times. The job posting is covered with the deluxe button and won’t give me access even though I have done the pre-requisites. Also the Grab some Supplies challenge needs me to buy boxes you can’t buy unless deluxe. The Big City Adventure and The New Cat in Town challenge says I have to do the Kinsville Mover job which again I have completed the pre-requisites but the job is only deluxe and I can’t access it.

I have a question for Sally? Why is the March challenge asking us to do a job that is for deluxe? I have so many other challenges that I am unable to complete because it requires me to be deluxe, which is frustrating, and now the regular monthly challenge wants me to complete the Grocery clerk job. This is not fair!
