I do agree it has been a let down. I was lucky and finally got 2 of the Birthstone prizes. why show them if we cannot win them. I am sad. Abby3584
Abby3584 While speaking with Abby she decided Ganze and Webkinz CANNOT control every single little issue in the game. She is happy to spend her money any way she chooses and I am happy to allow her. She did not like that items do not work but she is happy for all the items that are gifts from Webkinz and Ganze. So A GREAT BIG THANK YOU FROM GRANDMA. My Abby is Happy.
Abby3584 Not feeling the help. I have 3 items not working in Smokeys room. First her Shower completely disappeared but nothing can sit in that space like something is still there. Just invisible. I have a pink piano in that room that will not play. I have a clam drum set in that room that will not play. That is a lot of Ganz coins my granddaughter saved up for this game. $100 real money is a lot to spend for stuff that does not work. I have sent this in to Ganz support help with no reply twice. Any suggestions now?
Abby3584 Thank you Thank you Thank You Secret Santakinz. Your gift meant the world to me. that was the first time in 13 years of helping my granddaughters that I have ever asked for help. It took me a long time to figure it out but the 12 yr old was really good at this as well as playing.. I have a brain injury and this game really helps me although I forget as soon as I leave it. ;-)Thank You again for your kindness. Team Goober

Love Classic Ganz Webinz. My granddaughters have been playing since they were 5. in Jan one will be 18 the other 13. Great family game. None of the bad society and all good. How wonderful. Thank you. Gma
