some suggestions i would love to see happen: please add the option to search for and add friends while on the smartphone app, please make kinzchat much less restrictive so that more people start using it again (maybe divide it by age groups), please let us have friends over (i understand if you can’t change this in the computer version, but maybe in the app version?), and please give us the ability to change our pets’ names at least once after initially naming them – i didn’t realize i had caps lock on when i named my polar bear. i reached out to customer support, but they wouldn’t allow me to change it.

i understand that we can’t have friends over on desktop (no more adobe flash and all that), but what about on the mobile app?

hi, so… i just gotta say it’s pretty messed up that you guys decided to make fairy falls charms and the magic mire for deluxe members only when it’s been open to other players for years. i, like many other players, have been working on my collections in these two parts of the magical forest for quite some time. it’s a pretty messed up money-making move, especially when you consider most of the people on your website are children.
