Same for me ..luckily the first time I called the estore she somehow managed to restore my first account for me and told me I would be able to log In The next day..then I tried to do the same thing for my second account and told me they couldn’t do it lol which was funny cause they did my first account a week before no problem ! Very inconsistent with customer service :( but wished I would have done them both the same day ! At one point I had estore woman say they were not affiliated with customer service for Ganz lol then She said technically yes but not really Haha I just couldn’t even get mad cause how stupid it was …so estore tech support and customer service are not the same service I get it …but your all paid by the same people ( yes you are affiliated ) lol hope email works but seeing above I guess not !
I went to collect the cash here on this site but it’s saying I already have for today but I haven’t ! You guys have tons of glitches ☹️
I play on my mobile phone and bought two new pets and I find out I can’t even mail things and I don’t have my friends list anymore …was extremely disappointed cause I was hoping to pick up playing again …so I’m starting to think I won’t be spending money on it anymore I didn’t realize that until after I bought them ! Even free players should have a phone with a list of friends or maybe it’s just cause I only play with phone app !

Are we not able to have friends or mail on Webkinz world anymore? Or is that for deluxe members only ? Or is it because I’m on a cell phone ? Not sure which it is ! I have spent tons of money on my account and I came on to my phone not being there with all my old friends I use to give gifts to …kinda bums me out … not sure if I want to play more and spend money …cause I have other games now that are not expensive With better Quality ! Like to find out more before I decide to continue ….
