I REALLY need help and cannot get an answer anywhere and webkinz support seems to be impossible to contact! I have a magic mire charm (it even says so in my “unlocked” collection for magic mire). However, I hadn’t been on Webkinz in a while, and now when I go to magic mire it’s telling me I need to be a deluxe member to play! How do I fix this or contact Webkinz support for help?

Are there plans to switch the Webkinz website over from flash? I would really like to know an estimated timeline so I know whether or not I’ll have access to the website after chrome stops supporting flash. (And the mobile app doesn’t do me much good, it’s very limited)

Are there plans to have the full-blown webkinz site run without flash player soon since flash is being phased out? I’m very concerned I won’t be able to play anymore since my only way to play is on chromebook which will no longer support flash in 2020 (and please don’t bring up the mobile app, because I already know about it and it’s VERY limited.)

Is the desktop app the same as the mobile app? I know the mobile app is very limited. Are there plans to have a full blown website without flash?

Hey! I’m worried I won’t be able to access Webkinz online anymore because chromebook is phasing out Flash Player in 2020. Do you have plans to change Webkinz online so that it doesn’t require Flash anymore?

Please bring back DiceKinz, it was such a fun game! I miss some of the classic things from the original version of Webkinz! (Also, Webkinz is WAY too geared towards deluxe members, I know you want to make money but I’ve had an account since Webkinz first began and this just seems super greedy of Webkinz to exclude long-time members from so much content!)

I used to play Webkinz for years. I was going to buy my younger sisters some of their very first Webkinz, but after seeing how you treat non deluxe players, I’m very sad. It seems a user cannot do much without you trying to suck them into a deluxe membership. You even made one of my favorite games, Get 11 Solitaire, a deluxe only game! It is not right taking away things long-time players have enjoyed for years, and if this is the way the company is working now, trying to make parents spend ridiculous amounts of money, I will not be purchasing any webkinz for my sisters, children, or nieces and nephews. I’m VERY disappointed in how greedy Webkinz has become. I ask you to rethink the extent you are pushing deluxe, as I know myself and many others who will no longer be supporting the use of Webkinz. You are losing many customers and potential customers.
