I’d like to report a player on Webkinz who might be a hacker. The player’s account is called 75er. I have played “Goober’s Atomicolicious” with them several times in the Tournament Arena, and they always show up as a polar bear named “I will beat you ha.” The name of this pet gave me an immediate suspicion that this player was a hacker, and most times I’ve played “Goober’s Atomicolicious” with this player, I have always lost to them when they make unexpected plus four moves when there weren’t any plus four moves to make in the game. Since I keep running into this player and they’ve kept beating me in the game unfairly, I decided to send them a friend invite so that I could discover their account name so that I would be able to report them to the Webkinz Team so that this hacker can hopefully be forcefully removed from Webkinz. I made sure to quickly remove them from my friends list shortly after adding them once I got the account name written down for memory.

I have something to report about the Party Packs you can get from the WShop. I bought one yesterday for one of my pets who had a birthday, and I had the party happen today, but when it rearranged my pet’s room, I ended up losing two Weathered Teal Dressers with clothes still inside them and the Dreamy Daybed that my pet would sleep in. After the party ended they weren’t anywhere in my Dock. Could you please have someone take a look at this so that no one else who wants to host a party for one of their pets ends up losing any valuable items from it like I did? I’d really appreciate it. The Scribbles Pup Peek-a-Newz challenge is broken I think. I’ve only been able to locate him once or twice during the five times I’ve had to restart the whole challenge. Could somebody please fix this?

When are the GanzWorld prizes going to be updated again? I’ve already bought most of the prizes and I’d like to see some new ones at some point.

I just checked my account again and it seems like the only places in Webkinz World I can’t get into today are “Today’s Activities” and “The Arcade.” I can get to other parts of Webkinz World without that pop-up showing up and kicking me off the site except for the places I just mentioned.

I can’t go to any other part of Webkinz World for some reason. Every time I click on another place to go after I’ve woken up a pet in my crib, this pop-up comes up: “Failed to retrieve data for ‘view’ descriptor(s) matching [4311] id(s)/tag(s).” I have no choice but to click “ok” on this pop up and the site immediately logs me out. So basically, I can’t go anywhere outside of my house with any of my pets in Webkinz World today. Can someone please help me with this?

I just completed the Moving Day challenge on my Webkinz account, but I don’t have any new non-deluxe challenges all of a sudden. Will there be more challenges (normal ones, not deluxe ones) coming after the March Deluxe challenge expires? Is there any way I can get a new challenge without having to wait until the end of this month?

I have a question about the Kinzstyle Outlet. How come they don’t sell regular converse sneakers in the footwear section anymore?

I’m having trouble trying to get into the Clubhouse. I click on the Clubhouse icon in “Things to Do” and every time Webkinz says it’s having trouble connecting and automatically logs me out. This started happening yesterday and I thought by today it wouldn’t still be happening, but this morning it happened to me again. Could someone please check on this and fix it?

I just adopted a Panama Sloth pet earlier this week whom I named Stella Dogs. Can I change her name to just “Stella”? Is there any way that I can fix her name? Thanks.

I have a question about getting quests at the Adventure Park. The first time I visited the park I got a quest and was able to complete it. But the next few days I kept visiting the park I never got a new quest, even though the page says that I can receive a new quest by coming back to the park the next day. Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening? I don’t want to have to adopt more Adventure Pets to get new quests and would rather just be able to get one quest on each day I’m on Webkinz.

Could the Webkinz developers please check up on the Quick Event Beauty Pageant in the Webkinz Stadium? I’ve signed up for it so many times but it doesn’t want to start the competition when the total number of entries allowed is filled up. Thanks in advance.

I have another broken part of Kinzville Park to report. Now I can’t seem to get into Kinzville Park 001 even if I hide my dock or if there aren’t even a lot of other players in that park. I can get into the other parks just fine, but this one takes forever to load after I select it as the park I want to go to. Please have this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Could you please also check on the Kinzville Park? I’ve been trying to get to it for the past hour with no luck. I click on the icon to go there but the Kinzchat sign posts won’t show up.
