WebKinz Classic has been glitching like mad today, 13 July, ’26. It has frozen five times on me now, requiring soft boot. Is something going on? It’s not morning without my WebKinz.
I am a Deluxe member and on the 1st of every month we get a Deluxe box with a wish token and other goodies. I noticed I did not receive the monthly Deluxe box on January 1 (yesterday). I don’t know if there was a problem or if Webkinz is discontinuing them. Could someone let me know. Thanks so much.
Yes. The Active Quest is empty and it’s “grayed out,” so to speak, meaning I can’t click on it because there’s nothing there. The only active tab in the Quest Log is the Quest List and right now I’m in Stoggles’ Quick Quest.
I have done a number of quests and I can’t access/find the Dragon’s Den quest. I have completed a number of quests but I don’t know where the Dragon’s Den is. There are no quests listed under Active Quests. I am being given a number of Quick Quests, but I cannot find the Dragon’s Den quest. I cannot complete stage 4 of the Adventure challenge. When or where will the Dragon’s Den quest show up?

I was doing the Ghostly Campsite Adventure quest, but in the portion of the quest I am supposed to bring back 3 chocolate bats to Boris, none of the doors in the mine are open. I am supposed to go deep into the mine to find the bats. Either there is a glitch in the program or there is something I need to do to that will open the entrances within the cave so I can look for the bats.
The Clothing machine in the KinzStyle Outlet is not working to make a DIY divider. It yields a jacket. IF there is another place to do the furniture DIY, please let us know.
How do I make a Webkinz hotdog. I have been collecting the condiments but I don’t know how to make the hotdog? I didn’t find a cookbook in the W Shop. Can someone help? Thanks so much.
I have clicked on candy canes over several days, but they have not been arriving at my WebKinz account. However, other prizes like the Icy Frosty do arrive.
What happens when you reach 1,000,000 Family Score Points? It will be a long time before I reach that milestone, but I was wondering if we are able to start over again?
Is there a way to tell whether members on your friends list are still active?
I really like these suggestions. I would definitely use them.
In my opinion the strength class is all but impossible. I have tried it many times and I don’t know what the trick is but I can’t do it at all. If I let up on the mouse for even a split second the weight crashes, if I click the mouse it zooms to the top.
I have two questions about the KinzChat phone. First, what do the little gray numbers mean beside a friend’s name on my KinzChat phone? Second, when I click on the + to add friends there is no list, it just says type in someone’s name. I don’t know anyone’s name. What happened to the list of names that you could click on to send a friend request?
