Anyone else having the problem of winning only the silver trophy on polar plunge no matter what hill or score?
I also have this issue. I am not sure where to report it, the customer service pages don’t seem to work.

I won that trophy a very long time ago! I was SO happy! If you have a problem with the games or webkinz at the most, Then all you need to do is restart the laptop, Computer, Or the ipad, Maybe a phone, Tablet. Basicly all the devices you use to play webkinz. I hope this helped. See ya!
A lot of these players do not seem like parents. Please make sure you are being responsible players
I did level 8 twice and didn’t get a trophy. :(
If playing the game Altantis, I had the same thing happen. I’ve won up to level 8 a few times now, but never received a trophy. :(

How do I win the Stardrops trophy? It says “play well enough, and you may earn a Trophy!” What would be a good enough score?
I think you need to pass level 12 to get it.
It took a very ong time, but I finally did it!I finished the Polar Plunge easiest course and was rewarded with a trophy! Now if I can just win some medallions!!
Isn’t there a Tunneling Twiggzey trophy? It says on Webkinz arcade that after winning the game there’s a trophy, but I don’t see it in this forum…

Atlantiles keeps locking up after I get done with level 7 – it has ever since you changed the graphics and I’d love to win the trophy – but can’t get to level 8. this has happened on 2 of my accts. Can you please check it. Thanks.
Fred04, you don’t need to complete level 8, you just need to complete quick play.
Yeah I played quick play on my phone and got a trophy
