    Isn’t it about time to add new prizes to the Zum catalog? I have one of everything and would love to add some different zum items to my rooms

    I am having trouble with the bunk bed from the Christmas Cottage Theme. IT says 2 pets can sleep in it, but whenever I try to put my 2nd pet to bed in it when the other one is already in there, It automatically changes to that 1st pet. Can you help me or am I doing something wrong?

    I found that you can drop them into your pet’s room just like a gift box and coins will appear in your dock

    Is it a gray square? I had one and when I clicked it to edit it and remove it like it was a real thing, it showed up in my dock under new things. then I could tell what it was! (It was the designer inground pool which I don’t think has been fixed yet.

    I also have tons of things that are either gray squares or not working as they should. where do I find the list of things you are working on to fix. Or can we report these items somewhere? Thanks

    I have been stuck on Step 2 of PurrcillasParty challenge for a month now. It says to go to the Kinzstyle Outlet and buy a new top.’. I did it on 3 different days and did not receive credit for buying. This is also the 3rd time I have asked for help. Please help.

    For the past few weeks I have been trying to complete step 2 out of 4 in the Purr-Cillas party challenge where it says I spilled salsa on my top and go to the Kinzstyle Outlet and buy a new top – I’ve bought several and have not received credit for doing it. I don’t like wasting kinzcash needlessly. When can you fix this? I asked once before. Thanks

    When you are a deluxe member you can opt out of 3rd party ads. I am and it is so worth it! I have other accounts that are not deluxe and I can’t play on them anymore because my virus software shuts my computer down when it detects their ads that have tracking cookies- which is practically all of them!

    My candycane collection was in my house yesterday but now it’s gone. None of my other 3 accounts have it either- where did it go?

    I noticed that since the upgrade, there are too many advertising videos being shown on the side that must have tracking cookies on them because when they pop up, internet explorer stops working to protect me from these spam videos . I think as a deluxe player I shouldn’t have to bother with these ads at all. but when they do come up, sometimes it helps if I hit their pause button so I can play a little longer without being shut down right away. I also see that my other account , which is not deluxe , gets so much more of these ads that I cannot play on that account more than a minute before being shut down. Bottom line! Stop these video ads with tracking cookies on them for spyware safety! I hate playing on the website nowadays because of this.
