Yes, great suggestion. When I first started playing, I had no idea I would end up with as many pets/rooms that I have. So everything is very unorganized. I know eventually there will be a “search” feature (something I’m looking forward to), but it would be nice to be able to move all of my outdoor rooms to one side, and have Christmas rooms and Halloween rooms together. However, before this is done, I would love to see broken items fixed. Especially the totally invisible items that can’t be removed from rooms. Please put those at the top of the list.

I’ve posted this before, but now I can’t find it. So here goes again. I got the “Morgan Fairy” for having reached X amt. of point on the family points. However, I can’t find it. Where would it have been placed? Thank you
I know we are told to clear the cache and update the flash player, But we also have to update (or make sure we are using the correct version) of Shockwave. Go to adobe.com and download shockwave player the same as you would the flash player. Also, there are two flash players. The one most people downloand is the one that works with almost everything. If you are using Google Chrome, it uses a different one. Google: “which version of Flash player does Google Chrome use” Write it down and the do a search for it on adobe.com…then download. Also, as a deluxe member, you can now shut off the ads. This helps a lot. I have lots of issues on my non-deluxe accts. I also have my browser set to automatically clear the cash (make sure you set this to include temp files and website images.) upon closing the browser. Hope this helps. I noticed no one mentioned shockwave when all of the instructions about the new webkinz came out. Of course, this doesn’t everything. But if you do it, all other problems are from the webkinz side of things.
This is more of a deep request than a suggestion. I suggest or deeply request that you make 6 boxes in kinzpost for us to sent items per day per acct. And Please allow us a day or two a month (if not all of the time) to send e-store items. Even if we send them to our own accts, it would be better. However, I have many many items that came in mystery boxes that I would love to send as gifts or use for trade. There are items I have missed (started playing in March) that I would be happy to send a e-store item for. Shouldn’t we get to decide the value of an item based on how badly we want it. If it is about kids, you already have it fixed to where they aren’t supposed to be in the e-store or trade room without parental permission. The same can easily be done here. And some of the kids are better traders than the adults. Please consider this. I see no logical reason for why it is the way it is now, except that someone may trade for an e-store item rather than purchasing it themself, which causes loss of profit. However, if someone wants an estore item badly enough when it comes out he is going to buy it and not depend on trading anyway. And if someone can’t afford to buy from the estore, he is not going to buy it anyway. So, the logic doesn’t add up. Please consider this and make this a more fun and exciting game in which users can enjoy more of the items they want. Thank You

During the logging out process, there are 3 games. Does anyone know how we are supposed to be syncing the clocks? Is there an order to it? Also, on the second game, is the yellow or red bar the “strongest?” Thanks for any help.

I’ve had my acct. since March. When I first started buying pools, I noticed my pets would not swim in the Diamond Pool, they only soak as if in a spa. At first, I thought that is what it is supposed to do. Recently, I read the description at the estore, and it says, “Your pet can swim in this pool.” Within the last few weeks, the Aztec pool started doing the same thing, and I know my pets swam in them when I first got them. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, Wacky Bingoz has not worked on my acct. for at least two weeks. Is anyone’s working?
Can someone please tell me how to get to “Bingoz?” I play it when it is in the “Daily Activities,” but I have not been able to find it otherwise. I’ve looked through the games in the Arcade but do not see it. Is it a daily game? Or a weekly game?
Hi, Please organize our items better. Such as #1 by room theme, and secondary by items such as couches (not belonging to a theme), bed, misc., etc. It is so hard looking through thousands of items with no rhyme or reason for one item. Sometimes my brain drifts, and I have to go through the items over and over. It could be done the way it is done in the Wshop. Also, I think more items purchased from the estore (especially items received in bundles) should be able to be sold back for kinzcash. After all, we paid real currency for these items. I have no need for 5 toilets or 6 refrigerators. It would even be a good idea to let us buy kinzcash. Most items I want require kinzcash, and it really takes a long time of playing for hours (hard to do for adults) to accumulate enough points to purchase a theme. With that said, I love the game. Thank you for listening to us.
