I have to use chrome and turn ad blocker on to collect ad item, then off to do anything else in WW. firefox doesnt work at all and I actually havent found any other to work for webkinz either. now we cant even get it mobile it says google thing doesnt work & because it messed up cel too not allowed to use mobile.
just go to webkinz newz directly you will see the topics then just click on the one your looking for. most of the time you will get that error message when you try to go to a topic through the game. I cant do any activities with ADs ON. WW wont load when I tried to visit the reindeer it took 8 Minutes From Log In to Actually Clicking on Reindeer then it Froze the Game and I had to close screens. I didnt try to feed pet or anything else.
11/30/17- where do i find the list of solved Food recipes? I made the deep sea barnacle bagel today. i was wondering if it had already been solved?
Please help, I did not receive a deluxe gift box today 12/15/16. how do I get it? I also have an open package for kinz post stuck in my dock, will kinzpost fix itself? I have cleared cache etc nothing fixes these items. thanks
im not sure where to ask this question However i have noticed it is getting harder to actually log in and Play WW. and now it seems that after using Google chrome browser for years it will no longer support Unity player, or adobe flash player so how will we play webkinz if the browser doesnt work? Is there a browser that will continue to support WW etc? I find this is going to be or is now a common problem for everyone. firefox also has issues when playing WW etc. can no longer watch video here on webkinz news either. also can no longer play mobile says it isnt “supported” any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
well the “special things didnt start to work until very late on the accounts it is after 5 am east coast time and still no decade dragon or puzzle piece on the asian time zone accounts. there seems to be the standard glitches and now with the time constraint to adopt the dragon it looks like everyone with asian accounts lose out. we have all spent a lot of money on webkinz items and so many people have said there accounts didnt work and are very disappointed yet again. such a big deal was made about how great actually the “greatest” event ever if memory serves me correctly and again nothing. with such a big deal and build up on webkinz part you would think at least someone from ganz would have been playing through the night to ensure everyone of us had a chance at the “greatest event ever” in 10 years , just saying its just to bad it still has the same glitches for so many who have put so much into and believed in webkinz. what do we tell the crying children. not even a open phone line to let you know there is a problem.
you will need to log out of webkinz newz to get other floaties. when you click on floaty a box will pop up to log prize into your account. if you are signed in webkinz newz it will say contest expired. we have 1 main account and multiple accounts and this is how we get the other floaties
if you are deluxe you can go to your “page” and see most friends things and if you send a request for help building something or a note by kinzpost and they dont respond then they probably dont play any longer. kids lose interest when the game expensive and they are disappointed on every holiday event they cannot play the Pay games or event prizes cost real money
get rid of all non related video ads on WW as they definitely effect how WW works as they try to run simultaneously and continuously cause google chrome to crash and freeze up and also causing shockwave player to crash everytime on all accounts we can barely log on before site crashes. dont watch those ads anyway unless it is specifically about webkinz

Please get rid of video ads, the Flash Player cant run everything! They effect how webkinz world, webkinz newz and catching floaties work and games get stuck and the constant whole game slows down and then freezes up. FYI- 99% of the ads are just annoying and have nothing at all to do with anything webkinz. Sponsors i understand but videos are not needed to advertise the mostly not child friendly ads. What child cares about cleaning the house, buying womens shoes or movies that are terrifying and not cartoon related. further more 5 kids 5 accounts freezing and hours on webkinz and only one of them have seen the ad for “bunny” and as quick as it was there it was taken over for a movie that is violent ! PLEASE REMOVE VIDEO ADS
wshop question : campkinz theme items to be specific- why do we get a green lantern when they show a completely different lantern which is better looking and blue ? i notice when you are visiting the wshop the lantern in my dock is the same as the blue one they advertise but when you leave the wshop it is not the same item at all. the lanterns do look a lot different
just log out and back in go directly to club house it should work, however if you go to park first it wont let you get into clubhouse. kinzchat phone has never worked correctly for us in 6+ years.
ok after much trial ane error i uninstalled google chrome and then cleaned cache and computer. then re installed google chrome everything seems to work well if i reload webkinz until american girl ads appear on both pages.
Please Help : Since the last week of winterfest snowflakes event, i have had problems with google browser, i keep getting kicked off trying to go to spree, a blank screen when i try to go to wshop and my windows to the world wallpaper went back to shutters and mobile wallpaper. Also on internet explorer i can play everything until i get a white screen. this may happen constantly or just a few times. i wonder if there is a virus in the ads and are causing a problem and browsers are blocking webkinz? please help if you know why this is happening or know how to fix the problem. cache cleaned hard drive cleaned flash player installed, now what? :-( thanks :-)
