We adopted pet #25 on Dec 25th but did not receive a superbed box. I thought we were supposed to get one for the 10th adoption and every 5th one after that. I filled out the customer service form but haven’t heard anything back-we didn’t even get an auto-reply saying it was received. Anyone have a suggestion for what we can do next? Hi Alice, sorry for the late response, busy weekend! Good question, it’s not a psi and i have no idea where i got it from! May have been a challenge prize. It’s brown & looks like it has antlers but i have no idea of the value or if it can even be traded, so sorry about that:). Do you have the enchanted garden water wheel from spring 2011? I have that and an exotic bear cub statue for trade also.
