Did anyone try to renew their yearly deluxe memebership today? I did and when i went to my account it was saying it hadnt been renewed! No points, no pet and no new item! But yet the money is already gone out of my account!! I am freaking out, did this happen to anyone else?
I’m not sure when it was taken away as i left some time ago but i really miss being able to go and hang out in your webkinz friends houses! I would enjoy seeing all their room designs and liked being able to talk to them. I would really enjoy if that was brought back. I think it was an odd thing to be removed as i dont see how it was causing any problems
Can someone please help? I had been given a brand new webkinz as a gift that my grandmother had gotten me from Hallmark. I went to put her code in and it said sorry this is not a webkinz code?! I tried many times but it wont take it. It was a brand new sealed pet! I tried contacting webkinz through facebook and their customer support but no one will get back to me or help me. It was for my birthday and I really want to play with my new pet.
I would really love to see ganz continue to make more signatures! I think there are a ton of neat pets that could be made as signatures. There seems to still be a ton of more interests for signatures to be brought back so from a business stand point it makes sense!! I just loved their design and quality so so much i hope to see them return
I have two ideas! One please make just a plain black floor tile or paint, it would really go well with any wallapaper and i was surprised to see there wasnt anything so simple. Secondly I think webkinz you should go over their list of “inappropriate” words as I got my new signature dog and I wanted to name him Bear but for some reason it wasn’t allowed? I was really upset because I got the dog to match my dog bear who had just passed away ):
I feel there needs to be something done about the trading clubhouse. Most of the times when I get in i get placed in a room of 9 pets and they are all lined up at the bottom. They are all talking to each other but NONE want to trade. It’s frustrating as they will be in there all day and i will leave and come back and im put back into the same room. I don’t mind them hanging out but it makes it difficult for me to ever actually be able to trade. I just wish if they didnt want to trade that they would just go talk in the park and make room for more people who are wanting to trade
I would love to see some more unusual webkinz plush! Like an anteater, a sphynx cat, an oyster, a raven! I love the more unusual ones and think it would be great to see these than tons of more different kinds of patterned dogs, cats, and rabbits!
I have a different kind of suggestion, that isnt based on the website. I recently for the first time bought a plush from the website as I didnt want to wait for it to hit my local stores. I was very shocked to find out that Webkinz does not provide a tracking number or even tells you when it shipped out. Just that you should get it in X amount of a time period. Never have I ever ordered from a website that didnt provide tracking for an item, I think it’s a poor choice as I also like to know where my packages are and when to expect its arrival; just a thought!

I second that, I love and collect anything octopus so I would love to see an octopus or a lobster pet!! I think they really need to focus on expanding their sea creatures rather than just re doing already done animals.
HI, I am kind of freaking out. I just finally got enough materials to build the haunted cottage. It will be the first time I have ever built one. I clicked on the build button and it took me to a loading page but it froze. I refreshed the page and I was back in my yard with an unbuilt cottage. It took all of my building materials and now I have no built cabin? What was supposed to happen? I checked my dock but no cabin, any help please? ): It took me so long to get all the items
I personally would love to see a rat plush! I know there are options to get virtual rats in game but I would love to see a designed plush! I have pet rats and with all the other tons of plushes put there I would think a fluffy rat would be super cute!
