Dear Gennelle, I’ve had this problem for months and asked this before and gotten the advice to contact Support, which I did. Their answer was to change browsers, which I did. I’ve emptied my cache, changed pets, asked for help numerous times from different hosts but NEVER do I get an explanation for my problem or better yet, a FIX. Problem: Why do the Moonberries and Sno-Cones NOT CHANGE when watered, weeded, or harvested????? All of the other berries do, and also the Special Plants that I have in my garden BUT the Moonberries and Sno-Cones are driving me to distraction and have been for months now. Support said they worked. Well, they DON’T work for me. What is wrong? Please, PLEASE fix my problem or tell me why it can’t be done. Thank you, Gennelle. Shoshoneno1

Hi kaitlyn 28. I agree with you completely. It seems rude to sit with your back to the people you are talking to. It couldn’t be that difficult to write a few lines of code to change the seating arrangement. How about it, Ganz? You are doing a large amount of changes for the upcoming 10th anniversary, why not just slip in the changes to the park fire seating??

I have a question about gardens in Webkinz World. Why do the Sno-Cone and Moonberry plants NOT change when watered, weeded, or harvested? It is soooo annoying to weed these plants and have then stay full of weeds until you log out of the garden and then return. It’s very confusing to try to remember which plants you’ve weeded, watered or harvested. Choosing them over again because you’ve forgotten you already did it, is so aggravating. Hi Gennelle. I have asked this question several different ways, but never get an answer. Perhaps you could tell me why did the code writers stop fixing the garden fruits and veggies before they were done. The Sno-Cones and Moonberries still do not change when you harvest them or water or weed. It can be very confusing to perform a task and nothing happens. Sometimes I forget what I’ve already done and redo the actions. It is so frustrating. I’ve written letters to Cheektawga, I’ve made suggestions, I’ve asked for help in several other places, but never get any response. Can you tell me: 1) Why did the programmers stop before finishing, and 2) Will they ever fix the Moonberries and the Sno-Cones? Thank you, Gennelle. You seem to be the only one who answers questions. I have a suggestion for the gardening area. I would like to see all of the gardening fruits and vegetables react to weeding, watering, and harvesting. Right now, the Moonberries and the Sno-Cones still do not change when cared for. Webkinz started out right by correcting the other 3 berries, but stopped short of finishing the job. PLEASE, please finish the upgrade because it is sooooo confusing when you water and weed and harvest, and the plant just sits there. I keep forgetting what I have done and keep repeating actions unnecessarily. Thank you for your consideration. Shoshoneno1

Hi. My suggestion is to give credit for logging on even though the Webkinz site has been unavailable all day! (I’ve been trying from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and now I must stop trying and leave the computer.) That means no credit for logging in today (bummer!), and weeds in the garden, and inability to play on the challenges. There should be some credit given when the lack of signing in is NOT the players fault. Thank you for your past help and input, Gennelle. We all appreciate your caring about our needs and problems. Hi, I’ve been unable to log in to WW all day from 6 a.m. to after 6 p.m. What will happen to the prizes that I won on Webkinz News? What will happen to my garden? What will happen to the challenges that cannot be accessed or the school classes that are required by Sept.’s challenge? Will the day (Wednesday) be given credit at the beginning of the game in order to win the special weekly prize? Will we be given credit for trying to log on? It would be nice if Ganz would forgive unmet responsibilities and not penalize players for not being able to visit today. Please, Gennelle, use some of your influence to express we players concerns when we miss a day though no fault of our own. This has happened before with no credit for trying to log on, and I hope things will be different this time. Thank you, Gennelle. I know you do your best. Shoshoneno1

Hooray, momofredheadboys. Great idea BUT ONLY if they make them work like most of the other veggies and fruits. It’s miserable when they don’t react to watering, weeding and harvesting. If they design them to work properly, I’d buy a lot more garden plants. Here’s hoping they’re listening.

Hello Gennelle, This suggestion forum is a terrific idea. It was always difficult to know how to get ideas to the right people in Ganz. My question (or suggestion) is to complete the fix in the garden area. All of my veggies, fruits and berries EXCEPT Moonberries and Sno-Cones indicate they have been cared for. The Moonberries and Sno-Cones just sit there and do nothing when watered, weeded, or harvested. Makes gardening very confusing. Would you please ask your talented Code Writers to finish the work they started some weeks ago? Thanks for your help. Shoshoneno1

Hi markg97. I tried your suggestion about clearing my cache, but that didn’t work. I still think they missed the Moonberries and Sno-Cones when they did their fix. And I agree with you about the Strength Class in the Academy. I’m still on Level 7 and having the same trouble you are. 5 more seconds would really help. I admire your stick-to-itive-ness with a strawberry room. I never thought of separating the veggies and fruits into separate rooms. You are a genius. Regards, shoshoneno1

My favorite is my Fantasy Garden. I still have trouble with the Sno-Cone and Moonberry plants. They don’t respond when watered, weeded or harvested like the other plants do. When will they be fixed like the rest of the berry plants were? It sure makes gardening easier and more fun. My vegetable garden works just fine. I can earn lots of Kinzcash selling vegetables.

That really bothers me. There have been so many new things added to the Ganzworld Webkinz sites that I doubt they are worried about our poor little hamsters. It would be a crime to abolish them now after so many people have purchased real and virtual hamsters. I agree it is too bad they don’t put just one code writer on the hamster project. I’d be happy to see a new addition every once in awhile instead of being ignored for so many months – - – - no, I mean years. Com’on Ganz – - – please let us keep our hamsters and add something anyway.
