Please fix the Snowball bunny’s gift box, it is not working/cannot be opened so I never got the pet specific item. The box just sits in my dock. I already contacted the estore and twice they tried to fix it. And then they just gave up because it was still messed up. I never heard another word about it.
Since there is no longer a My Page, is there anywhere we can access our account information such as how many pets we have on our account? Since one of my accounts has well over 300 pets on it, it wouldn’t be fun to have to go through them all and count them. If there isn’t, we really need that information somewhere in webkinz world. Please consider it, Ganz-thanks!
It would be nice if the wish factory items were updated with something new. I have a pile of wish tokens and nothing to use them on that I don’t already have several of.
My suggestion is about the w-shop, it would be so helpful if the regular food items could be moved to the front of the pet specific foods in the w-shop. I have 22 pages and counting of pet specific foods, and when I get a request for a regular food my pet wants to eat, it’s a rush to find it clear at the end of the food pages before time runs out.
There are no tools or toolboxes available in webkinz world for people making garages or workshops. Everything like that is gone. If you could please make some available somewhere (even estore if nothing else) that would be wonderful. Thanks for considering.
Is there another set date on fixing any of these broken or invisible items? I just bought the super spy laser room thingy last night. It sticks off the wall four spaces deep (it should be flat against the wall right?) and it’s messed up visually, too. Then I went in and bought a frozen slippery pond of sorts and dropped it in the room to find it totally invisible. It was a sad shopping trip. From now on I will have to look through the list of broken items before buying anything :(
Pet clothing glitch: I purchased the estore quirky carnival cub last night, went to put clothing on it, and when the change clothing bubbles came up it was wearing another pet’s outfit that I had not put on it because it was the first time dressing the new pet. I undressed it and redressed it in what I wanted. After I clicked out I noticed it undressed my rockerz coyote instead which I was not using at the time. Changing the clothes on one pet undresses another in the same room.
Little glitch I noticed, not huge but I thought I’d mention it. Yesterday I saw the pixie fox for sale on the webkinz app while playing on my cellphone. I backed out of webkinz and went and bought some estore points to get it. When I went back into the app, the pet was gone. I was confused because I had just saw it. So I logged out and back in and it reappeared. Just to see what would happen I messed around on my account doing other things and then went back in to the pets section to see if it was gone again. It was, so I logged back out and in and there it was again. I bought it after that just in case it went for good. Just thought I’d let you know about the magically disappearing/reappearing pet problem on the app.
I forgot to say that kinzchat or kinzchat plus is not working on my account. I can’t even click on the bar to use the premade replies or smilies. A bunch of other people are having the same problem. Don’t know if this makes any difference but I am in the US.
Is this the section we should be posting glitch reports in? One thing is I’ve noticed some of the estore pets are more glitchy, their meters are more messed up and they can’t wear hats because they sit so low on their head that it ends up in front of their face. Examples: African wild dog, marble cat, gelato parrot, etc. Also, the kinzvile valley home will not go in any room at all. Just letting you know.
Please please refine the new graphics on webkinz x. Everything is seriously lacking the fine detail it used to have. The graphics remind me of a gummy bear- brightly colorful, rounded, and indistinct. I went into my western horse theme room and saw the picture on the wall with the buffalo on it and shook my head over how little it looked like it did before. You can’t even hardly tell they are buffalo anymore. I’ll miss the original graphics of webkinz forever. The difference is like watching original looney tunes cartoons versus the modern made version of it. So much is lost in translation-you know what I mean. Original star wars movies versus the new ones. I’m sure you understand, it’s not the same :(
A “Sorry I couldn’t attend your party, I wasn’t in webkinz world.” letter would be nice.
Every other word in Kinzchat plus gets people warned about being banned-I have no idea which words are causing it. A clear list of banned words would be nice. I feel like I can’t talk in there at all for fear of getting in trouble and I don’t understand which words are causing it. So basically I say nothing anymore, which defeats the purpose of kinzchat plus. I know I haven’t said anything offensive or out of line so I don’t know what I can say anymore at all. Some simple inoffensive posts get me warned and it’s completely normal stuff that people say on a daily basis!
Yes, the door problem is age old by now. Everyone has been asking for the ability to move or remove doors since the start. Don’t know why it can’t be done, but it must be too hard to do. Same with removing rooms. If I don’t like the look of a door in my room, I just stick something in front of it and use the map to get around to new rooms instead. I hide the problem, because it isn’t going away.
We need a “sorry I missed your party, I wasn’t in webkinz world” message in webkinz world. Sometimes I get busy and don’t log on, and then when I do I see I’ve missed a party invite. Then I feel bad, thinking maybe the person thinks I just didn’t want to go and ignored them.
