Hi rockruffian – I have not sparked a baby on Next, either. However, It seems that you didn’t know that you can go to a friend’s house and use their baby to complete the daily 10 points – I’ve been visiting Sally Webkinz house every day to feed one of her many babies a bottle and it counts towards the daily points. Of course, I can’t get the points from taking them to day care, but getting those daily 10 points has allowed me to finish all the seasons on the Free Pass.
Hi Roxy – in your most recent giveaway, I saw a couple players requested the Gift Wrapped Chair. I have two of them in storage and would like to gift them. I don’t know if you’ve had the time to read the posts and sort them out, but I would be happy to send mine to whomever did not get one :-). Dear Strawberrykinz – I am so happy to know who my Secret Santa is! I came home just a bit ago and logged on to answer any candy cane requests and saw the notice of your amazing gift – it is beautiful! Yes, please – I would love to have the PSFs for the Sugar Cookie Pets! They are so cute but I wasn’t planning to get them so the foods would be appreciated very much. Thanks for the offer :-). Hi – the Homegrown Donuts are a Pet of the Month Prize, not an Estore item, and they are still available. When you adopt a POTM you receive a gift box that you can choose from a prize pool and the donut seeds are there! There are also homegrown Banana Splits, Caramel Apples, and a newer Goody Gumdrops Seeds. I love special seeds, too!
Hey alucard – I also won a Mood-O-Meter several months ago on the Deluxe Prize Machine and I’ve wondered the same thing – if it’s an old item that once “did” something but got broken during Webkinz X. Right now, it’s a decoration in my arcade room. In fact, I’ve gotten several old Estore items from the DPM that I can’t send, trade or sell – what I REALLY want are the prizes that are exclusive to the DPM. I’ve also won several items from the Rare Curio Shop themes – not very Deluxe – I finished collecting those years ago.
Hi SuziK27 – Look up at the top of any page here on Webkinz Newz – you will see the quick links to the Estore and Webkinz World – Click on the WW and you will get a page with both the Classic and New apps to download. Hope that helps and enjoy your new computer :-)
Hi netge – were you able to log into Next? Ganz was doing an update Wednesday morning until about 11:30 am kinztime. I always have to update the app as well before I can log on again.
I think you are talking about the older challenges that are appearing on the left side. I have two full membership accounts and two deluxe accounts. I have never encountered deluxe only jobs. There are jobs that are restricted if you are a free player and certain jobs require a prerequisite such as answering a certain number of Quizzy math questions. In any case, those challenges are all very old and have not been updated. If it is not possible to complete one of these old challenges because of your account status, Email customer service and explain your position – they may help you pass that part of the challenge – it has worked for me in the past. there are still a few days to collect candy from the ghost. you can visit the clubhouse every 6 hours to get candy. don’t just give up on the challenge. You can also use epoints to buy candy you missed. Sometimes you have to work for things.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that feature is gone for good from Webkinz Classic- the technology to do it just doesn’t exist anymore. When Ganz said they were bringing back the feature, they didn’t say how, and then they introduced Webkinz Next. I don’t play the new game, but I think you can do invites or at least it will be a future addition. Can a Webkinz Next player please comment about this? Can you do friend invites in the new game?
So sorry, the Hockey Arcade Unit has not worked for a very long time – several prizes in the Pet of the Month Prize Pool have been broken for years but Ganz has chosen to ignore that. They want us to buy the points to purchase the the pets, but have not addressed the problems of the PotM prize pool. If broken things cannot be fixed then they should be retired and replaced with new prizes so players will not be stuck with items that don’t work anymore.
Hi Astarte – First, I assume you are a free player. Unfortunately, Free players have a lot of restrictions of what they can and cannot do and that probably will never change. Secondly, all of those challenges are really old – from about 2012 or 2013 and things were different back then and some challenges have not been updated. You can try to email customer support and explain the help you need. Be sure to include your username, but not your password, and the name of the challenge and the task you need help with. Maybe they will help you pass that part – you will not get a reply to your email but one day find that you can continue with the challenge. Be patient, I am sure Customer Service is still backlogged with requests. Best Wishes.
