I wonder if anyone could help me? I have to play Polar Plunge in order to complete my challenge, but I am SO terrible at that game. I lose my turn almost immediately, before I even earn 1 kinzcash. Can anyone give me any tips on how to play it? Thank you.
PLEASE HELP!!! For some unknown reason I am unable to login to my Webkinz account!!! It’s been happening for 2 or 3 days now. When I type in my username and password, it tells me that the member information is not correct. Thinking I may have made a typo, I tried again, but it told me the same thing. I have tried over and over and I still cannot login. I tried to change my password but it wouldn’t let me. Now I am completely unable to get into my AuntLulu123 account. This is my main account. I have two other accounts but rarely use them and I am not deluxe on the other two accounts. I am able to get into those accounts, but not my AuntLulu123 account. PLEASE HELP ME! I wrote to customer support, but they have not answered me. I have cleared my cache and that hasn’t helped, either. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! Thank you!
I have written about this before. Ever since Webkinz X was launched, I am unable to access my Tinkerpup. I sent an email to Webkinzsupport@ganz.com as I was told to do, but they haven’t answered me. What’s my next step?
Since Webkinz X was launched, I was unable to use two of my eStore pets … the lil Orange Goat and the Tinkerpup. After the most recent fix, I am now able to use my lil Orange Goat but I am still unable to use my Tinkerpup. When I choose her to play with, her room won’t load. If I use a different pet to go into the Tinkerpup’s room, the Tinkerpup is not there. I always put my pets back in their own rooms after I play with them. So why do I still not have access to my Tinkerpup? Please help!
